The "H" stands for HEALTH - we need to maintain good health in body, mind and spirit to withstand the stresses and challenges of Midlife and embrace anti aging strategies.
The "A" stands for AGING PARENTS - how do we deal with the many issues pertaining to our dear parents as they traverse their golden years?
The "C" stands for CHILDREN - how do we work through the teenage and college years and get our children started in early adulthood?
The "K" stands for KINDNESS - as we go through Midlife, we need to treat ourselves, our families, and our friends/colleagues with kindness.
